Features of the apartments include extremely innovative floor plans with abundant storage, walk-in closets in all units, kitchen appliances included, fireplaces in all units, ceiling fans, hard tile, private yards available, extensive balconies, thick double-walls for peace and quiet, wet bars, and more. The water is paid by the landlord for all units and the application fee is only $50 per person. Of the units still available, there are some moderately priced 2/2s for around $700-850 per month that include garage parking (some over 1500 square feet and among the largest in all of West Campus!) as well as some HUGE 1/1 units for around $1300 that have parking garages and bonus space as well.
